experience to provide national branding, retail sales programs and sell through
strategies through consulting and marketing services. Our focus is to combine our retail
experience, extensive product knowledge and consulting services to stimulate sales throughout
the territory, provide excellence in sales representation and introducing emerging technologies to
our retail dealers through our partners.

identification stage, program implementation to final product launch throughout every stage
of the product life cycle. Our strong knowledge and experience with virtually every channel
of retail and wholesale enables us to partner various manufactures together in collaboration,
to maximize programs and assure success through our retailer partners. The Midwest Sales Team brings
exceptional field support and direct sales experience to the mass market retailers, regional specialty
retailers, independent specialists and special market firms.
Michael Schafer - Founder and President: With his 20+ years experience in the industry, is
constantly searching for and exploring new opportunities that provide value and/or uniqueness.
Mike is responsible for strategic planning, field execution, system integration solutions and maintaining
business relationships with manufacturer partners and retail dealers throughout the territory.
Darrin Dubiel – Product Specialist: Responsible for all field execution of both Home & Mobile Electronic
manufacturer partners in Michigan. Darrin brings product and merchandising expertise to our dealers. Darrin also brings
excellence in product training with a focus on stimulating sales in the challenging and competitive markets faced today.
Nate Kubicz – Product Specialist: Responsible for all field execution of both Home & Mobile Electronic manufacturer
partners in Michigan. Nate brings detailed product knowledge, extensive work on the retail floor and a detailed history with
mobile electronics sales and installation as well as the Custom Integration Designers and Engineers. Nate brings outstanding
communication skills and a strong background in product integration and in-field training.
Administrator – Tom Williams: He works continually maintaining and improving the core structure of Midwest Sales
to best suit our customer and manufacturing partner’s needs. His responsibilities include account follow up, submitting and
entering PO’s for each account, tracking shipments, account profiling, analyzing current and new sales trends, and assisting
accounts in merchandise planning and forecasting.
